How do You Book your
Holiday?
First of all, you
need to complete our booking form with details of all members of your
party. Your booking will be made directly with us. In this case, a
deposit of 35% of the total price must be paid. On receipt of your
booking form and appropriate payment, we shall confirm the booking and
send you e-mail or fax. We reserve the right to decline any booking.
Holiday prices
The prices and
charges shown on the website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
We guarantee once you have made your booking and paid a deposit we
will not increase your holiday price unless you make a change to your
booking.
Your holiday balance payment
A pre-payment for
the rent is always required.
Payment can be made by deposit of 35% of the total amount in a bank
account to secure your holiday booking
or full payment
if less than 10 days prior to arrival.
Full payment of our services will be made 1st day of
arrival at the holiday resort. If we do not receive payment in full by
this date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.
Deposits
are deducted from the full amount due. Please keep your final
confirmation safe as you must present this on arrival at your Hotel or
apartment.
Cancellation conditions
a. If
you cancel your holiday
If, for whatever
reason, you cancel the booking, the entire initial deposit is
withheld. Immediate notice in writing by the person who filled the
booking form must be sent to us. Such notice of cancellation is only
effective when received by us. The scales of cancellation charges that
will be levied for hotel-apartment bookings are as follows:
-Written
cancellation received by us 6 weeks before beginning of renting the
cancellation charge is 30% of the rent.
-4 weeks before beginning of renting the cancellation charge is 50% of
the rent.
-2 weeks before beginning of renting the cancellation charge is 75% of
the rent.
-2 weeks until the last day before beginning of renting the
cancellation charge is 100% of the rent.
Please note that the minimum charge is €50 per accommodation unit
cancelled.
b.If
we cancel your booking
We will try very
hard not to change the date or cancel your booking, but in exceptional
circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change
in date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the options
listed below.
Options:
a) A replacement holiday at least comparable to the standard booked or
b) A replacement holiday together with the difference in price between
the replacement holiday and the holiday booked or
c) A full refund.
If you change your booking
After you have
paid your deposit you may wish to change some elements of the holiday,
e.g. type of accommodation. We will try to meet your request, however,
a charge of €30 per alteration to the holiday will be payable.
Any changes must be made at least 4 weeks before the
holiday date, and be confirmed to us in
writing/by telephone by the same person who made the booking.
If you have a Complaint
If you have a
complaint about your holiday, please inform us immediately, and we
will try to solve the problem on the spot. (We cannot begin to resolve
the problems unless we know they exist!).
Special and promotional offers
All offers are
subject to availability and must be obtained by following specific
offer terms and conditions. Offers cannot be obtained prior to, or
following, the promotional period.In the
majority of cases, only one offer will apply and offers may be
withdrawn at any time.
Arrival and departure times
On your day of
arrival your accommodation is available from 11.00 pm, or earlier for
some categories.
We are happy to welcome you at our family taverna
earlier where you can take advantage of the Boukari beach facilities
until your accommodation is ready for you.
In order for us to prepare for our next guests we do ask that you
vacate your accommodation by 10:45 on your day of departure.
What do you need to bring?
Self-Catering
accommodation
Our well equipped Self-Catering accommodation contains cooking items,
crockery and cutlery. You will need to bring washing up materials,
plus towels for the beach, toiletries and personal effects. On
holidays in Greece, bed linen and towels are included in the price of
the rent.
Launderette facilities are available for any washing you may need to
do during your stay and subject to a moderate extra charge.
Special requirements
If you have any
other special requests regarding your holiday accommodation please
call 0030 6937 028457 or write us by e mail and confirm your request
in writing. Please include a telephone number in case of any query. We
will do anything in our power to meet your requests.
All requirements must be confirmed in writing. Special requests cannot
be made a condition of your booking as they are always subject to
availability.
Dogs and other pets
Most dogs and
cats are welcome in selected accommodation at
Boukari. We reserve the right to decline certain breeds of dogs.
Please take care
Please treat the
property, facilities and accommodation at your holidays with respect
and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them.
Use of your holiday home
Only those people
listed on the booking can occupy your accommodation. If this legal
requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will
be asked to leave, with no refund made.
